“ Five Guys deserves more stars than this! The staff is always amazing, and the food is hot and fresh. This location is everything. ”

“ Amazing customer service, and great burgers and fries! I ordered take out: a Patty Melt with grilled onions (basically a grilled cheese sandwich with a burger patty) and I asked for fries well-done, and they were perfect (and plentiful). The only glitch was my fault, not theirs, and they made it right anyway. I picked up my order, set it down on an empty inside table next to the front of the store (which was all glass), checked it, took a bite from the patty melt and sampled a few french fries, wrapped everything back up, and left it in the bag on the table while i went to the counter to ask about something, and when i turned around to go back to the table, my bag was no longer there, and i saw what appeared to be a homeless woman slipping out the front door, bag in hand. I turned back to the cashier in disbelief and said "that woman just took my food!" I didn't begrudge the woman, who was probably hungry, although I wasn't happy thinking about having to pay for my meal twice, but before I could say anything else the cashier immediately ordered a duplicate meal for me and said "Don't worry, this one's on us." I was the one who had left my bag unattended for a brief couple of minutes - perhaps I'm too trusting, but I've never had anything taken even from an outside restaurant table - and Five Guys was certainly under no obligation to replace my stolen meal for free, but she did so with a smile, without being asked . Now THAT is excellent customer service! My second order tasted as good as the first, and I am extremely pleased with my Five Guys experience - every team member I have interacted with has been friendly and efficient. I don't live near any of their locations so have only eaten there a couple of times, but Five Guys OnBroadway in Redwood City is definitely my new favorite burger spot. Kudos! ”

“ Five guys is burgers and hot dogs with fries or fountain drinks or shakes to drink. They have fresh ingredients food is cooked and prepared when you order always fresh and flavorful They have their regular burgers and little burgers. The regular burgers are double patty burgers the little burgers are one patty and are a regular sized burgers so they are not considered little. I always forget to order the little burgers because in my mind it seems like it would be a child sized burger but don't be fooled like me it's a regular sized burger and are very good Now I love to get the bacon dog here yummy the best I have had anywhere Fries oh fries they are so good and depending on what you like they have regular fries and Cajun fries. Both are good and be prepared to receive a good portion size of fries no matter what size you order you will end up with extra fries in your bag. The best part of the entire meal. ”

“ Noob 101, read everything on the menu. I bought a simple hamburger with large fries. Oh, was I in treat! I'd come back again to try the toppings. The fries beats what I would have from my favorite chains restaurant, but I'm iffy about knowing where my 'tatoes came from. I'd prefer that they support local farms than Idaho. But, I appreciate the transparency. And, it doesn't affect my judgment about the food quality. Mask and gloves worn by staff at all times. I think this is one of the businesses that well adapted and reinforced the changes in the food safety requirements. ”

“ COVID-19 update: I'm lucky to live near one of my lifelong friends (our moms were friends). Every few months we hang out after work, usually getting Five Guys and playing video games. Unfortunately with the pandemic we haven't been able to do this. It was his birthday a few weeks ago so I wanted to do something nice for him. Ended up picking up some burgers and boba to drop off at his house. Downloaded the Five Guys app and ordered a couple burgers and fries. The app said everything would be ready in 8 minutes, so I drove over shortly after placing the order. Once I arrived (around 2pm, so past any sort of lunchtime rush if there was one), they took a few minutes to make fresh fries for me. Was happy to get all the food (and hot fries). Ended up eating the burgers together sitting on camping chairs six feet apart on his driveway; it was the first time we'd seen each other in a few months. The burger hit the spot (even though it was technically my second lunch - I ended up skipping dinner that night). ”
